MASS AVE

One of the most popular neighborhoods in Indianapolis, Mass Ave combines arts and entertainment in one location. Stretching from New York and heading northeast to the I-65/I-70 north split, Massachusetts Avenue, or Mass Ave, comprises of multiple bars, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues, retailers and homes. Unofficially known as the arts district of downtown with it’s numerous street murals and entertainment venue, Mass Ave is one of the premiere places to go for a night out in Indy.

Grab tacos and a spicy margarita at Bakersfield or enjoy the Rathskeller beer garden on a Friday night. Looking for something upscale? Union 50, Mesh and Livery, all owned by the Cunningham Restaurant Group, feature some of the most unique dishes on the avenue. Looking for something fun to do? Head over to Bottleworks, the old Coca-Cola factory for a movie, bowling or dinner at The Garage. The options are endless, making this destination a hot spot to live.

We have two communities located directly on Mass Ave – Lockerbie Court and The Argyle. Lockerbie Court features charming accents in a historical building.
